Mark Snow is a Certified Mediator and has been certified as an Arbitrator for the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of the State of Illinois.
Mark has been active in the insurance business for over 30 years.
He has adjusted claims, drafted insurance policies and hundreds of endorsements. He has negotiated with insurance departments for filing approvals. He has developed underwriting guidelines and rates. He has placed and negotiated reinsurance treaties and established captive insurers.
In addition to working on behalf of insurance companies, Mark has also provided advice to purchasers of insurance to obtain the best terms and conditions from insurance companies. He has provided opinions on insurance contract disagreements.
He is also experienced in the management of insurance businesses. He has developed over 14 casualty insurance products and as a founding senior executive, has started 3 Managing General Underwriters (MGUs). Products developed include professional liability for:
